These are Lemonade scones.
3 Ingredient Lemonade Scones
These are seriously the easiest scones to make, I originally got it from my Mum, But it’s one of those family recipes that i think most Australian Families have. Everyone loves them.
3 Cups Self Raising Flour
1 cup Lemonade
1 Cup Cream
Pre-Heat oven to 220c.
Prepare a tray or two with Baking Paper. (depending on size of them). Tray normally fits 12 on it.
Mix together to form a dough.
Roll out onto board and cut into shapes (usually circles) (These are Pumpkin Shaped).
Place on prepared trays and put into oven for 12-15 minutes.
Serve warm with Jam and Cream (or Cream and Jam).
Great for a morning tea or high tea.
