LBD: Fitness Planner
Part three of the LBD Planner series.
This probably wont get as much use as the other two.
At this stage it’s too early to tell what fitness plan i will be following, but i will be using the meal plan. Daily plan will be for workouts, self care for weight loss. List of three to keep track of things like water, steps etc.
Notes / ideas – for measurements etc
Goals for what i want to achieve that month
Calendar for weight or steps
Habit tracker for water.
