Part three of the LBD Planner series.
This probably wont get as much use as the other two.
At this stage it’s too early to tell what fitness plan i will be following, but i will be using the meal plan. Daily plan will be for workouts, self care for weight loss. List of three to keep track of things like water, steps etc.
