Menu Plan

Still on 28. I have been working out on the treadmill this past week, so will continue with that and the meals.

Wednesday Beef & 3 Pepper Goulash
Thursday Chicken Schnitzel & Chips / Salad
Friday Satay Pizza
Saturday Pork Roll in a Bowl
Sunday Persian Slow Cooked Lamb with Herbs


I am going to change the Zones around slightly in the hope that rooms that are not getting much attention will. So will be following the Flylady Method for a little while.

Monday Zone 1: The Entrance, Front Porch, Dining Room, Stairs / Stairwell. Study / Office. Hallway, Powder Room, Angel’s Uniform
Tuesday Zone 2: The Kitchen, Butler’s Pantry, Walk in Pantry, Laundry / Linen
Wednesday Zone 3: The Bathroom

And One Extra Room – Linen Cupboard Up, Landing, Angel’s Room, Beauty Room, Powder Room, Jack’s Study

Thursday Zone 4: The Master Bedroom, Walk in Robe, Ensuite
Friday Zone 5: The Living Room, Family Room, Games Room
Saturday Backyard, Garage
Sunday Set Me Up Sunday – Meal Plan, Bins, Angel’s Uniform, Project Life, Family History, Storyline, 1SE Day.
