Dear Self,

Well your 28 days are nearly up, you still have some ways to go in terms of food & workouts. Though i must say that you have done so much better on this programme than other programs that you have done in the past. I am sure that you are feeling it, in terms of weight-loss (although minimal) and the fact that some mornings you wake up and can barely move because you have used muscles that you haven’t used in years from the workout the night before. Be Kind to yourself, learn from you’re mistakes, if you have something that you shouldn’t, or you miss a day’s workout, get back up the next day and start again, It’s not going to kill you, it’s just going to take you longer. Enjoy the small victories, don’t over think things, there will be days where you don’t feel like doing anything, hell it’s 28/30 minutes out of your day, you don’t do much else, do this for yourself, as you learnt from MB12WBT JFDI (Just F’ing do it).


Day Eight: Reinvent the Letter Format: Some might say a post in the form of a letter is trite and overdone. But with the right approach and tone, a letter can tell a great story and get your message across (and it doesn’t have to be negative or bring shame upon another).
