New post Writing Challenge: Image vs. Text

Writing Challenge: Image vs. Text

Detail a three to five step story or process—anything from a how-to, to turning points in your life so far, to a story with a beginning, middle, and end—and break up the parts with eye-catching, attention-grabbing images.

& why i find it easier than using the blogs.

Most of my Blog posts are written Via Email, and have been for years and for whatever blogging platform i am using. All or if not most blogging platforms have a private email code in the settings.

For WordPress it is found under

http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/

That secret little code that we all get is one of the most important email addresses that we can have. We have all had the internet’s down, or the pages isn’t working problems, and they are so frustrating when they happen.

So after getting your own little code.

Change the email address name in your blog contacts so its easy to find when you want to send you email, And type away, when its time to send the message will go to your blog.

Now the why i prefer to send this way. I am old school email. Prefer to write emails over any other form of communication. Yes i like using the actual blog features and after the email has gone through will quite often go into the settings and alter things, double check that everything is correct, and that all photos are in the right order. Recently i started using the iPad app for WordPress to get the notifications as per the instructions sent via the Daily Post emails, and i must say it is easier to go through the comments that way.

I hope that i have helped someone who was unsure on the email sending.
