Vegetable Samosas ~ Stay at Home Mum | Menu Planning Monday


As requested by a reader a few days ago for more vegetarian recipes, i am going to try this one out, since its just me and angel tonight for dinner, any left overs i will freeze for when jack comes home.

this year i have decided to cut down on the amount of red meat i eat so its been mostly white meat consisting of chick, pork, turkey. So it should prove interesting to throw some non meat dishes into the meal planning mix.

i sat down yesterday and wrote up a meal plan for the rest of january, all of February and part of march just from looking on the site linked above, if you haven't been to it yet, do yourself a favour and have a look, so many inexpensive recipes that are quite simple to prepare and serve to your family.

My Menu Plan for week January 23-29

Monday – Vegetable Samosas (see link above)
Tuesday – Take away
Wednesday – Hawaiian Chicken Salad {SAHM website}
Thursday – Spag bol
Friday – Corned Beef with Ginger Ale/Beer in the slow cooker
Saturday – Chicken Almond – {SAHM}
Sunday – Roast Pork
