On a bit of a eat chicken and rice kick at the moment, so last few days have pretty much only been eating an assortment of the two. i was hoping that MrB had brought chicken Breast but he hadn't so no chicken nuggets for us tonight. with him away i need to think of easy recipes for two {considering LadyA and i don't eat as much as he does, it makes it quite difficult in trying to cook such small amounts} any left over rice from tonight will be used tomorrow in something else. just not sure what yet. if you have any ideas for the following please let me know i would love to try it. {chicken pieces, rice, greek yogurt, potatoes}. Speaking of ideas i found the Supercook site helpful and will be using it to help me in the coming week sort out what we shall be eating. Another thing i am loving is The 4 Ingredients KIDS Book that MrB brought for me a few days ago. i can see that is one book i will get a lot of use out of.

until tomorrow
